Meridiana is an Android app developed by Air Italy.

Meridiana first became available on 29 Dec 2012. It is estimated that Meridiana has been downloaded between 100000 and 500000 times from the Play Store.

Meridiana 3.5 requires the following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
